About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, dependable team member to support our Parts, Service, and Rental departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with customers, and learning different aspects of the equipment industry. In this position, you'll gain valuable experience while helping ensure our dealership operates efficiently across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in office, shop, and outdoor environments.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL is a plus but not required.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, automotive, construction equipment, agriculture, warehouse, or mechanical repair is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting walk-in and phone customers.
  • Support the Parts Department with inventory organization, stocking, order fulfillment, and parts look ups.
  • Assist the Service Department by opening and closing work orders, communicating with technicians, maintaining shop organization, and performing basic preventative maintenance and service tasks under the direction of experienced technicians.
  • Support the Rental Department by preparing equipment for rental, processing rental paperwork, inspecting equipment upon return, and ensuring machines are clean and ready for the next customer.
  • Pick up and deliver customer and dealership equipment for both the Service and Rental departments in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment using trucks and trailers while following all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout the dealership, shop, yard, and warehouse.
  • Assist with equipment movement, machine setup, and other dealership operations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.
