Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced, results-driven Parts & Service Manager to lead our Rockport, Texas service operation. As our Parts & Service Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational success while developing a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing a Parts and/or Service Department.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- A track record of improving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- RV, marine, automotive, or powersports dealership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing Parts & Service team.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Service Department.
- Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Effectively manage technician scheduling and shop workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor technician performance and department metrics to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports.
- Establish departmental goals and lead your team to meet or exceed them.
- Ensure the department maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices within the RV and marine industries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
