About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Parts & Service Assistant to join their team at the Kendall Reconditioning facility. This department supports the internal dealer network by inspecting, reconditioning, and preparing inventory for sales teams. The role is hybrid, involving duties in both the parts and service departments.

Requirements

• Hearing and speech capability adequate to converse with clients in person and by telephone
• Sight adequate to locate and identify clients, perform duties, and identify shop conditions and hazards

Responsibilities

• Maintaining parts inventory
• Checking in freight
• Stocking shelves
• Assisting technicians with parts needs
• Processing order returns and parts warranties

• Closing repair orders
• Various other clerical tasks
