About The Position

Four-Star Freightliner is seeking a talented Parts & Service Account Rep for their Montgomery Dealership. This role serves as a liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments, assisting customers with parts purchases, explaining product features and benefits, and managing customer accounts. The position involves prospecting for new customers, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Previous sales and or/ Parts & Service sales experience is plus

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments.
Assist / demonstrate to customers how to purchase parts by explaining the value-added features, benefits, and warranty of merchandise.
Inform customers of companion part requirements, full product lines, and product offerings.
Provide training to customers for Excelerator and Service Tracker, as needed.
Coordinate with Parts & Service managers and front-line employees to provide quotes and other information to customers via email, phone and in person.
Process payments and obtain credit authorization, as necessary.
Manage and maintain customer accounts as assigned by manager.
Solicit and prospect for new customers by means such as cold calling.
Build relationships with customers in order to better meet their needs.
