Kamloops, BC Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week

Requirements

• Journeyperson Parts Certification
• Previous parts sales experience
• Caterpillar product knowledge
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A collaborative approach and commitment to building respectful working relationships
• The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting all aspects of parts sales operations
• Providing front counter sales support to customers
• Supporting shop parts sales and internal service teams
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Sourcing and ordering used parts as required
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Participating in customer service, call quality, and performance initiatives
• Assisting with inventory control and inventory management activities
• Performing warehouse duties as required
• Participating in health and safety initiatives
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and special assignments
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
