As a Parts Sales Specialist, your typical responsibilities include: Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs. Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests. Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required. Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays. Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations. Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized. Mains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
