As a Parts Sales Specialist, your typical responsibilities include: Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs. Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests. Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required. Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays. Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations. Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized. Mains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years John Deere Parts experience or 3+ years other parts experience, preferably other comparable equipment experience
Safely operate a forklift, must be able to obtain forklift certification
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Regular and timely attendance is required.
Participates in all job-related training and development.
Able to move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
