Assist customers by accepting parts orders and processing them in the most expedient, efficient manner. This role involves setting an example of good customer relations and intra-company cooperation, writing Parts Sales Orders (PSO), and knowing the products sold and manufacturers represented. The position also includes receiving mail-in and confirming purchase orders, making oral and written quotations, using the customer account list for open account parts orders, accepting credit returns, and handling after-hours parts calls. Additionally, the role requires building hoses for customers as needed, working safely at all times, adhering to all applicable safety policies, and complying with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
