Parts Sales Manager
About The Position
Parts Store Manager / Parts Store Leader required to join a leading, multi-site HVAC manufacturer representative. The Parts Store Manager / Parts Store Leader will be responsible for oversight of the parts department including inventory management, driving sales, pricing, supporting contractors, technicians with HVAC equipment part needs such as AC, VRF, Applied and Unitary products. This Parts Store Manager / Parts Store Leader can have experience in a management, leadership position or those from an inside sales, other HVAC parts-focused would be considered. You need to be able to travel to site in Metairie, Louisiana.
Requirements
- Experience within a parts store, parts counter, distribution, retail parts or similar environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with HVAC Technicians, Mechanical Contractors, Service teams, other trade customers
- Capable of overseeing sales, pricing, inventory and local store performance responsibilities
- Able to travel to parts store on site in Metairie, Louisiana

- Experience in a management or leadership position
- Experience in inside sales or other HVAC parts-focused roles
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight of the parts department with equipment part needs including AC, VRF, Applied and Unitary products
- Manage inventory, stock levels, product mix and inventory control
- Build strong relationships with HVAC Technicians, Mechanical Contractors, Service teams
- Take ownership of P&L performance, sales and operational standards
- Able to travel to parts store on site in Metairie, Louisiana
