About The Position
The Parts Sales Manager supports store performance by driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role helps oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising, cash handling, safety, and customer concerns. The manager also collaborates with store staff and commercial department leaders to support smooth operations, timely deliveries, and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
