About The Position

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Parts Sales Managers play a key leadership role by driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering WOW! Customer Service. The role supports the Store Manager in executing store operations, developing employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient store. It also includes supporting commercial and hub departments to meet delivery and customer needs. The position offers opportunities to build leadership abilities and pursue career growth in automotive retail.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain smooth operations and strong customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce personal protective equipment use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while following company policies.
