The Parts Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and providing an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role supports store performance and operations, helps develop employees, and contributes to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering an engaged team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns in a timely manner, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while following company policies.
