About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager helps drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working with the Store Manager, this role supports store operations, team training and development, inventory management, and customer service. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow a career in automotive retail.

Previous automotive retail experience.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering an engaged team.
Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain effective operations and customer service.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns timely, and maintain merchandising.
Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in accordance with company policies.
