You will be the vital link between our customers, our service technicians, and the essential heavy-duty truck parts they need. You will professionally manage phone and in-person inquiries, ensuring every customer feels heard and assisted. You will learn to use our advanced digital catalogs and systems to accurately identify and source the exact parts needed. You will efficiently handle the entire sales process, including look-up, order entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking. You will collaborate with the service team, ensuring the necessary parts are delivered quickly to minimize truck downtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state Driver's license.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day.
- Exceptional Attitude: reliable, motivated by success, friendly, patient demeanor.
- Customer Focus: genuine desire to help customers and technicians.
- Quick Learner: ability to rapidly absorb new technical information and master complex procedures.
- Detail-Oriented & Accurate: precision in part numbers and pricing.
- Strong Keyboard Skills: ability to type and enter data quickly and accurately.
- Computer Savvy: comfortable navigating various computer software and specialized inventory systems.
- Must pass a criminal background check, MVR check and Pre-employment Lift Test.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone and in-person inquiries.
- Identify and source parts using digital catalogs and systems.
- Handle the sales process: look-up, order entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely parts delivery.
