About The Position

This position involves overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish, working with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock, completing special order part requests, and communicating with customers regarding parts status. The role requires maintaining a well-organized parts department and inventory for accuracy and efficiency, while interacting with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock.
• Complete special order part request.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
