About The Position
Pacific Recycling, Inc. is a family-owned scrap metal recycling facility that values honesty and hard work. We have been recycling metal in Lane County for over 25 years and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working person to join our maintenance team immediately.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to lift regularly and or move up to 15 lbs and occasionally lift and move not more than 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand instructions and emergency communications
- 18 years of age
- Good driving record
- Must be able to pass background test
- Reliable – good attendance is required
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive light duty manual truck to pick up parts locally under the direction of our Parts Coordinator and Shop Manager
- Assist with receiving inventory and entering inventory into the computer system
- Unpack incoming merchandise, mark part numbers on articles and stock on shelves
