About The Position

BMW of Tigard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Runner to join our fast-paced team! As a Parts Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting our service department by ensuring parts are received, stocked, and delivered to technicians efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Parts team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the service department.

Requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record or minimal violations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and deliver incoming packages to the appropriate team members.
Ensure parts deliveries match packing slips and report any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
Stock inventory and organize special order parts with the correct customer information.
Package parts securely for shipping or pickup.
Pick and deliver parts orders to technicians to keep service running smoothly.
Help organize wholesale parts orders for shipping or pick-up.
Clean and organize the parts department.
Contribute to process improvements and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency.
