About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is hiring a Parts Runner based out of our San Tan Valley, AZ location. This role is essential for supporting the aggregates mechanic shop by assisting with a variety of job duties. The position involves day-to-day maintenance, cleaning the property, and supporting skilled tradespeople. A key responsibility includes running for and picking up parts throughout the workday, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory needs. The role requires driving locally in a company-provided vehicle and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and able to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to run a forklift.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and Clean MVR is required due to insurance requirements for insurability.
• Be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs. throughout the workday.
• Be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
• May have to manage a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently.

Responsibilities

• Run/Pick up parts throughout the workday when needed.
