About The Position

This position provides customer service to the technicians or customer while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for.
Requirements
- Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational.
- Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
- Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
- Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Receive Parts requests from Back Counter Parts Sales or other appropriate personnel.
- Verify requests availability, pull parts from warehouse and inventory, and deliver parts to technician or other customer.
- Place requested parts in designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
