About The Position

This position provides customer service to the technicians or customer while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for. The Parts Runner receives parts requests, verifies availability, pulls parts from the warehouse and inventory, and delivers them to the technician or other customer. They will place requested parts in a designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned as listed job duties are not comprehensive and should not be construed as such. This job description is subject to change.

Requirements

• Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational.
• Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
• Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
• Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
• Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive Parts requests from Back Counter Parts Sales or other appropriate personnel.
• Verify requests availability, pull parts from warehouse and inventory, and deliver parts to technician or other customer.
• Place requested parts in designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
