Hitachi Global Air Power is seeking a Parts Runner for Shipping & Receiving in Farmington, NM. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years’ experience to include clerical and shipping/receiving work.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Ability to operate a forklift required.
- Ability to meet the public in a friendly, courteous, and businesslike manner.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing, and to receive detailed information in person or by phone.
- Ability to read, verify and input accurately a large volume of work with repetitive motions required.
- Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations and accurately transfer numbers to various reports/entries.
- Ability to work well with others and be detail oriented.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes or boots.

- Associate degree a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parts from vendors and customers.
- Deliver parts to customers and technicians.
- Handle shipping and receiving.
- Stock parts in warehouse.
- Checking in freight from vendors.
- Filling back orders and putting parts on shelf.
- Unloading freight with the forklift.
- Shipping out packages.
- Performing cycle counts on inventory.
- Cleans and organizes the warehouse.
- Delivers parts to the field for mechanics and customers.
- Keeping parts trucks clean and filling out monthly inspection sheets.
