This person can manage complex repair workflows, communicate clearly across teams, and keep projects moving without losing sight of accuracy or safety. The ideal candidate shows reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize shifting demands while maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused approach. They will also demonstrate a customer‑service mindset, a knack for coordinating multiple stakeholders, and the discipline to track parts, timelines, and documentation with precision.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing support role (minimum of 3 years applicable experience).
  • Ability to be organized, analytical and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and groups, both professional and non-professional, co-workers, management personnel, the public and others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, organization and priority setting skills required.
  • Ability to perform job with integrity and values consistent with the Morris Group Values.
  • Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises.
  • Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects.
  • Ability to keep his/her composure with the public and co-workers in everyday, stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years project management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Orders in the system with complete detailed information.
  • Create appropriate demand and request dates from vendors.
  • Create and maintain an easily accessible audit file (electronic) for each order which will include original documents, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments and clarifications.
  • Work with appropriate department(s) (if needed) to ensure correct order details and an accurate handoff of information to appropriate parties.
  • Ensure appropriate signoffs are achieved at each stage of the process between Tsugami America, IMG and Vendors.
  • Enter and process part orders in ERP system with urgency.
  • Maintain accuracy in all records and interactions related to orders.
  • Process and send invoices to Distributors or end users.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels and departments.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate contacts updating project status.
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships with our machine tool vendors and other third-party vendors.
  • Ensure customer commitments are executed as planned and exhibit ownership of problems, including coordinating with appropriate departments when necessary for resolution of problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participate in meetings to stay apprised of new developments with customer/distributor orders.
  • Perform related duties as required.
