About The Position

The person is responsible for the Issue Room and Dry Storage Warehouse inventory, distributing Personal Protective Equipment and production issues. Performs daily inventory, daily cycle counts, and weekly inventories. Generates reports and modifies reports as needed. Restocks pallets for production material. Performs custodial duties including cleaning bathrooms, restocking bathrooms, and restocking the cafeteria with dry storage materials. Assists the frock and glove vendor with counting, loading, and unloading of soiled and clean items. May work in environmental conditions anywhere from minus 10 to 95 degrees. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 pounds. Must be able to complete assignments and duties with minimum supervision.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Parts service or parts counter experience preferred.
  • Must be able to navigate computers using Windows and Outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to read/write in English.
  • Ability to read inventory lists and manage plant inventory sheets.
  • Must be able to complete the Forklift certification training.
  • Some lifting will be required when receiving parts (50-75 lbs.).
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on a concrete floor.
  • Must be able to use a pallet jack and/or two-wheeler.
  • Must provide resume to be considered for this position.
  • Candidates currently working at this facility will be given priority consideration.
  • Must be able to complete assignments and duties with minimum supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Will be trained on in-house systems i.e. SAP.
