About The Position

This role oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. It also supports team members in the parts room to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
Internal applicants must have no more than four attendance points and no disciplinary actions in the last 12 months.
