About The Position

The Parts Room Attendant 4 oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The role supports parts room team members and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time. It also maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other assigned tasks may be required. The position is on A Shift at RVI Harmony. No supervisory responsibilities or travel are specified. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of maintenance or parts room experience preferred.
Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
Ability to read and write and possess basic math skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds occasionally.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience is a plus.
Being detail oriented is preferred.
