About The Position

We are looking for a talented Parts Professional to join our team specializing in Parts for our Distribution Unit in Miami Lakes, FL. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch, checking for damage and discrepancies. - Provide accurate documentation and continual communication to the customer throughout the entire process. - Work with internal and external customers at parts counter in local branch. - Complete training in line with business requirements. - Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery. - Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
  • Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • This position requires a high degree of adaptability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • The incumbent is expected to support branch operations beyond traditional parts responsibilities and actively contribute to the success of the Service department and overall business objectives whenever needed.

Nice To Haves

  • (Entry) Parts Level I: Minimal or no work experience required.
  • (Intermediate) Parts Level II: Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch, checking for damage and discrepancies.
  • Provide accurate documentation and continual communication to the customer throughout the entire process.

  • Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrates how proactive customer support interactions are required at each phase of the order life cycle to ensure customer satisfaction; describes how customer support and the order life cycle are interconnected to ensure an overall positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrates the steps within each system screen to process customer orders, order modifications and respond to customer queries to ensure accurate and timely order processing and query resolution.
  • Demonstrates the steps necessary to manage the processing of customer orders through order receipt, exception identification and resolution to ensure orders are fulfilled to customer requirements.
