Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Friendly, professional attitude
Prior experience in automotive parts or customer service

Responsibilities

Keeping our counters organized
Managing inventory
Staying updated on new products
Taking part in available training
Assisting walk-in customers with their parts needs at the front counter
Suggesting complementary items at the front counter
Handling phone inquiries at the front counter
Managing orders for shipment or pick-up at the front counter
Working closely with service technicians at the rear counter
Managing part orders at the rear counter
Ensuring timely communication with customers and service advisors at the rear counter
