About The Position

The Parts Pricing Coordinator is a key member of the Rolls-Royce Power Systems commercial operations team, responsible for managing and coordinating special pricing of spare parts across the organization. This role ensures that pricing and discount strategies are accurately maintained in SAP, aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and customer requirements. Working cross-functionally with Purchasing, Material Planning, and Finance, the Parts Pricing Coordinator plays a direct role in protecting margin integrity and ensuring pricing accuracy across the mtu parts portfolio.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain with 3+ years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or sales operations, OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain with 1+ year of experience in pricing, data analysis, or sales operations, OR Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, OR PhD in Business Finance or Supply Chain, OR 5+ years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or sales operations in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, including SD/MM modules) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, data validation, and large dataset analysis.
  • Experience in spare parts pricing, discount management, or commercial operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of mtu/RRPS products, policies, and procedures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional or international teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present pricing data clearly to internal stakeholders and customers, and build productive working relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end pricing management, evaluate, create, and maintain special pricing conditions, discount structures, and exclusions in SAP and other corporate systems, and deliver timely annual discount updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze pricing data to identify and resolve errors related to material numbers, discounts, and system postings, and prepare regular reports on special pricing utilization for management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Purchasing, Material Planning, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency, and actively support pricing strategy and parts lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Maintain SAP pricing conditions and discount structures in response to customer status changes and mtu product lifecycle updates, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for internal and external pricing inquiries, providing clear and timely guidance on pricing policies, procedures, and discount structures.
