About The Position

SMS Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Parts Pricing Analyst to support pricing accuracy, governance, and profitability across the organization. Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage daily parts pricing requests and shared inbox activities, including price updates, customer-specific pricing, discount setup, and program pricing.
Maintain pricing accuracy and data integrity across company systems, ensuring alignment with supplier agreements and master records.
Process pricing updates, markup changes, and pricing adjustments in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
Review, investigate, and resolve pricing discrepancies, variances, and margin impacts; escalate issues as required.
Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure pricing compliance and data accuracy.
Support branches and internal stakeholders by responding to pricing inquiries and resolving pricing-related issues.
Act as a liaison between branches, corporate teams, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain pricing consistency.
Support supplier programs, promotions, and regional pricing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, efficiency, and workflows, including automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects related to pricing and margin performance.
