The role of the Parts Order Clerk is to efficiently receive, maintain inventory, put away part stock, work reports, email vendors, answer phones and distribute parts for merchandise carried by AFW. The Parts Order Clerk is also responsible for pulling parts for Customers, Repair Technicians, Service Technicians, Department Managers and other AFW facilities that request merchandise. This role involves a mix of office and warehouse work and requires a commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures. The department is professional and hospitality-based, with a willingness to help others and learn about furniture and its associated parts. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, stay organized, and follow instructions to meet deadlines.
