About The Position

21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a customer-focused Parts Operations Support Team Member to support customers and internal teams through remote parts sales and service. This position plays a key role in handling calls, processing online orders, and supporting after-hours customer needs in a professional dealership environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in agricultural parts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of online selling
  • Ability to learn JDParts Advisor and CDK systems
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer-based work

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries across the company
  • Provide remote parts sales, support, and solutions
  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Sell parts and services and accept payments over the phone
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support after-hours customer solutions
  • Use ExpertConnect to ensure timely responses
  • Follow established processes and procedures
