About The Position

Westfield Electroplating Company is seeking a Parts Masker/Laborer to support the day-to-day general laborer functions within our Masking Department. This job entails unpacking customer parts, cleaning various parts and inspecting for damage. It also requires applying paints, tape or silicone pugs to customer parts prior to plating. The use of solvents and thinners occurs daily.

Responsibilities

Unpacking customer parts
Cleaning various parts
Inspecting parts for damage
Applying paints, tape or silicone pugs to customer parts prior to plating
Remove masking from parts as directed
Assist other departments when needed
Maintain traceability of hardware during processing and shipment thru tags, labels, work order completion, etc.
