Requirements

Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years automotive parts department experience.
Professional personal appearance.
Interpersonal communication and managerial skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred.
CDK system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts for internal jobs.
Lead, hire, train, and monitor the performance of parts staff.
Oversee parts department payroll and manage time off requests.
Direct parts staff activities, fostering teamwork and high customer service standards.
Develop strategies to enhance department efficiency and profitability.
Manage parts inventory, ensure accuracy of the sales inventory system, and maintain vendor relationships.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders.
Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
