About The Position
Cypress Coast Ford is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. This is an opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with a strong background in domestic brands and dealership parts operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive profitability, maintain strong inventory controls, and support both retail and service operations while building a positive, accountable team culture.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience required
- Domestic dealership experience is required
- Strong understanding of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer programs
- Experience with dealership management systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Results-driven with a focus on process improvement and profitability
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the dealership parts department
- Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, ordering, and stocking processes
- Lead, train, and develop parts department staff
- Maintain strong relationships with service advisors, technicians, and vendors
- Monitor department profitability, gross margins, and expense control
- Ensure accurate parts pricing, warranty processing, and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain excellent customer service standards for both internal and external customers
- Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve department performance
