Requirements

• 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience (Required).
• Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team.
• Strong Inventory Management experience and knowledge of Inventory Control.
• Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.
