Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology and dealership systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen
