About The Position

As a Parts Inspection & Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plastic components meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This position is perfect for individuals starting out in manufacturing or looking to grow into more advanced production roles.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic parts for quality, defects, and consistency
• Sort and count products according to order specifications
• Package finished parts and prepare them for shipment
• Label and organize materials accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Support team members and learn basic machine operations over time
