About The Position

Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales. Invoices and pulls parts correctly. Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery. Greets customers with friendly and professional manner. Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly. Assists with physical stock inventory. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment.
