About The Position

Peach State Truck Centers is seeking an experienced Parts Inside Sales representative to handle customer parts requirements through counter service and telephone sales. The role involves accurately invoicing and pulling parts, ensuring correct placement for pick-up or delivery, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with customers. This position also requires advising customers on part substitutions or modifications when replacements are unavailable, assisting with maintaining a clean and organized parts counter area, stocking display shelves, and participating in physical stock inventory. Other duties may be assigned as needed, and job descriptions are subject to change based on organizational needs.

• Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN

Responsibilities

• Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
• Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Greets customers with friendly and professional manner.
• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
• Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
• Assists with physical stock inventory.
• Other duties as assigned
