About The Position

Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales. Invoices and pulls parts correctly. Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery. Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner. Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly. Assists with physical stock inventory. Other duties as assigned.
