About The Position

Peach State Truck Centers is seeking an experienced Parts Inside Sales representative to handle customer parts requirements through counter service and telephone sales. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Freightliner models and heavy truck parts. This role involves invoicing and pulling parts correctly, assisting customers with part substitutions or modifications, maintaining a clean and organized parts counter, and assisting with physical stock inventory. This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Parts knowledge for all Freightliner models
• Heavy Truck parts experience
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening (may include verification of criminal history, employment history, educational credentials, and professional references).

Responsibilities

• Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
• Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Greets customers with a friendly and professional manner.
• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
• Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
• Assists with physical stock inventory.
• Other duties as assigned
