About The Position

KCC Companies is an employee-owned (ESOP) company that provides design, manufacturing, installation, and service for commercial and residential HVAC. The Parts Order Entry Clerk performs clerical and physical duties as part of the Metal Forming Supermarket team, supporting production material requirements. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Duties may change over time, with or without warning.

Requirements

• Strong data-entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including spelling and grammar.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and associated software.
• Strong physical and digital organizational skills.
• Excellent work ethic and character.
• Adaptable and improvement-oriented.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for six to eight hours per day; overtime may extend the standing period.
• Good visual and spatial perception.

Nice To Haves

• Prior administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process appropriate paperwork.
• Collect and organize data.
• Pick and transport sheet metal parts.
• Help production meet material requirements through cart deliveries.
• Learn and follow standardized work and processes.
• Follow established safety policies, including policies for mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, and first-aid response.
