Responsibilities

Efficiently picking up and delivering parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
Coordinating with the parts manager and other key personnel to integrate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries into the schedule.
Supporting the body shop by identifying immediate parts needs and delivering them directly to the appropriate body technicians.
Verifying that invoices match purchase orders and accounting for payments received for each delivery.
Maintaining an accurate log of daily deliveries and requiring recipient signatures.
Keeping the parts manager informed about any major repairs or maintenance needs for the delivery trucks.
