Wholesale Auto Parts Driver - RI Area
About The Position
The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering auto parts to customers while maintaining accurate inventory. This role involves checking inventory for parts deliveries to ensure order accuracy, providing friendly customer service, and performing warehouse tasks including heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of the vehicle. The number of daily delivery stops can vary. The driver will also be responsible for inspecting, operating, and maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness, collecting payments when necessary, and maintaining a log of all deliveries and related information.
Requirements
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
- Customer service and organization skills.
- Time Management is required because you will need to ensure all deliveries are made within an efficient timeframe.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the automotive Parts Field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the vehicle products (a plus).
Responsibilities
