About The Position
Join the Sarat Family of Dealerships as a Parts Driver in Agawam, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts to our customers and service departments, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient support for our operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and packages as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in parts delivery or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts to customer locations and internal departments promptly and safely.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management.
- Inspect parts for damage and ensure proper handling during transport.
- Assist with inventory management and organization as needed.
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
