About The Position

BMW of Salem is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Parts Delivery Driver to support its parts department and make timely, accurate deliveries to wholesale and retail partners. The role helps customers keep their operations running smoothly; reliability, accountability, and strong time management are essential because late or missed deliveries can affect technicians, repair timelines, and customer trust. The position is onsite in Salem, Oregon, pays $18.00 per hour, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It reports to the Parts Manager. The driver delivers automotive parts to local customers, body shops, and repair facilities, while also helping pull, stock, and organize parts. A high school graduate or equivalent and an age of at least 18 are required. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and a customer-service mindset.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of dealership or parts experience is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver automotive parts to local customers, body shops, and repair facilities.
Verify orders for accuracy before delivery and obtain required signatures.
Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and follow traffic and safety regulations.
Help pull, stock, and organize parts.
Represent BMW of Salem and Lithia professionally during customer interactions.
