About The Position

Crush-It is a custom concrete and asphalt recycling service provider that has been in business since 2002. The company has continued to grow into multiple states, and we are looking for career-minded individuals to grow with us. We are currently seeking a Parts Driver based out of our Riverview, FL yard. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, tools, and materials to job sites and maintenance teams. This role requires out-of-state travel, with overnight stays as needed based on operational demands.

Requirements

• Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to following company policies and procedures
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to operate and haul trailers safely and efficiently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification
• Clean driving record (subject to MVR review)
• Ability to pass driver qualification verification through Foley
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Team player with good communication abilities
• Ability to lift, load, and secure materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Transport parts, tools, and equipment between vendors, yards, and job sites
• Support maintenance and operations teams with timely deliveries
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and required documentation
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure safe operation at all times
• Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and vendors to meet operational needs
