About The Position

Temecula Motorsports is seeking a motivated, dependable Parts Department Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative with effective phone sales techniques to join their growing business. This full-time position involves introducing the company to potential customers, closing deals, and acquiring new customers daily through a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls and emails. Candidates must be comfortable making consistent warm calls to potential customers. The role requires a go-getter attitude with a desire for professional growth, and experience in a powersports parts and accessories department is desired.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the company to potential customers
• Successfully close deals
• Acquire new customers daily
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls/emails
• Make warm calls to potential customers consistently throughout the day
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and values
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
