About The Position
Toyota of Iowa City is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Delivery & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. This role is essential to keeping our parts operation running efficiently by ensuring inventory is received accurately, organized properly, and delivered promptly to customers and wholesale accounts. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous parts, warehouse, delivery, or inventory experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts to customers, vendors, and wholesale accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy
- Load and unload parts deliveries safely and efficiently
- Scan, stock, and organize inventory within the parts department
- Prepare and package parts for shipment and outgoing deliveries
- Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and stock maintenance
- Coordinate with Parts Advisors and Service personnel to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
- Support the parts department with additional operational duties as needed
