We are currently seeking an organized and customer-focused Parts Delivery Clerk to join our team. The Parts Clerk plays a key role in ensuring a smooth flow of parts and materials, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Energetic, customer-driven, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
  • Candidates for this role must be able to receive a TWIC card which requires clearance from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 6 months of prior parts experience preferred.
  • Prior experience driving a company vehicle or operating a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer phone inquiries regarding parts in a professional, friendly, and businesslike manner.
  • Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately and on time (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs).
  • Deliver parts to customer locations and vessels as required.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to maintain operational readiness.
  • Support and implement safety programs in compliance with company policies.
  • Accurately invoice customers and manage purchase order processes.
  • Maintain order records for timely processing, shipping, and billing.
  • Monitor and document customer transactions accurately.
  • Enter and update inventory data into the computer system promptly.
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
