About The Position

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing customer service, basic technical support, and assistance with parts and systems. The position also involves organizing tickets, emails, and internal systems while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with customers; preferably in a business to business environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to problem solve
  • Must be detail-oriented and well organized
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior car wash related experience including understanding of the mechanics of car wash equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide general customer service, basic technical support, and parts assistance
  • Manage and organize support tickets, emails, and customer records
  • Identify parts at a basic to intermediate level and assist with parts-related questions
  • Escalate issues appropriately based on urgency and scope
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and support sales as needed
  • Maintain organized systems and complete administrative tasks
